Ripple FlowVisual store automations for WooCommerce: pick a trigger, check conditions, send the email. for WooCommerce

WooCommerceFree on WordPress.org

Ripple Flow lets WooCommerce store owners automate customer emails and store tasks without code. Each workflow starts with a trigger, such as an order going on hold or a customer creating an account, then runs through optional conditions before it acts. A test panel replays real orders from your store so you can see which steps would run before you turn a workflow on, and every run is logged step by step. The free edition handles transactional follow-ups. Ripple Flow Pro adds the timed and revenue-focused automations, such as abandoned cart recovery, win-back campaigns and review requests sent days after delivery.

Why use Ripple Flow

WooCommerce sends a fixed set of order emails. Ripple Flow lets you add your own messages for specific store events and decide which customers receive them.

Workflows are built visually, so you can see the whole sequence at once, and the test panel shows what would happen for a real order before anything is sent.

See before you send

The test panel replays real orders and shows which conditions pass and which actions would run, without sending anything.

Consent handled

Opt-in or opt-out mode, a checkout consent checkbox, one-click unsubscribe and privacy export and erase are included in the free edition.

Runs in the background

Events are processed with Action Scheduler, so workflows do not slow down checkout.

How Ripple Flow works

Set up in a few minutes from your WordPress dashboard.

  1. Choose a trigger, such as Order on hold.
  2. Add a condition, such as order total greater than a set amount.
  3. Add an action, such as a plain-text email to the customer.
  4. Test the workflow against a recent order.
  5. Turn the workflow on.

Ripple Flow questions

Does Ripple Flow slow down checkout?

No. Store events are processed in the background with Action Scheduler, which is part of WooCommerce.

Are there limits on workflows or emails in the free edition?

No. The free plugin has no caps on workflows, runs or emails.

Does Ripple Flow send data to external services?

No. Everything runs on your site.

What happens to Pro workflows if Ripple Flow Pro is deactivated?

They are kept with all their settings. The workflow list marks them as needing Pro, the builder shows the Pro steps by name, and they do not run until Pro is active again.

Does Ripple Flow Pro replace the free plugin?

No. Ripple Flow Pro is an add-on. Keep the free Ripple Flow plugin active and install Pro alongside it.

Does Ripple Flow work with the WooCommerce checkout block?

Yes. The consent checkbox works with both the classic checkout and the checkout block.
